Robert Lacy

Robert Lacy is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network engineering. Currently working as an IT Support Associate at Hudson Technologies since March 2023, Robert performs hardware and software installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Prior to this, Robert served as a Service Desk Specialist II at All Covered from July 2018 to March 2023 and worked as a Network Engineer at ServIT from May 2016 to July 2018, where responsibilities included monitoring network systems and responding to alerts. Earlier, Robert was an HP Service Engineer at Deximaging from February 2015 to May 2016, providing onsite support and managing service call activity. Robert is pursuing education at Kennesaw State University from 2015 to 2026.
