Katrina Light has a strong background in food systems and sustainability, with experience in various roles including Community Food Program Manager at Hudson Valley Farm Hub, Supervisor of Food and Agricultural Programs at Bard College, and Director of Food Sustainability at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. With a Master of Science in Food Systems from the University of Vermont, Katrina has also taught courses on topics such as "Farm to Bard: Transforming our Food System" and "Food as Medicine."
