Andy B. began their career in 1998 as an Art Director at Jordan McGrath Case & Partners/Arnold Worldwide. In 2005, they became the Art Director/ Owner of Wayne-William Creative, Inc. In 2007, they were an Art Director for the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco account at Ryan Partnership. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Freelance Art Director for clients such as Ryan Partnership, March of Dimes, W. J. Deutsch, EB Brands, Dakota Group, and Color Graphics Press. During this period, they also created a print identity for the investment firm HJ Sims and a new identity for the 2011 March for Babies walk and national fund raising campaign for the March of Dimes. In 2012, they returned to Ryan Partnership/Epsilon as an Art Director, where they created the brand identity for the Almost Most Famous Chef competition, sponsored by S. Pellegrino. Andy then served as the lead Art Director for Nestl\u00e9 Waters' premium brands and supervised two junior art directors and freelancers. In 2014, they became a Freelance Art Director. Finally, in 2015, they began their role as Creative Services Manager at Hudson Valley Lighting Group, where they managed catalog and photography work flows, designed and produced master catalogs, supplements, brochures, advertising, trade show materials and emails for four residential lighting brands, and bought printing, proofed color, and oversaw printing on press runs.

Andy B. has a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Maryland.
