Bonnie Venton

Bonnie Venton is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruiting and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Ecolab since September 2023, Bonnie has extensive experience as a Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner at Hudson RPO from September 2015. Previously, Bonnie held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Apex Clean Energy, focusing on renewable energy solutions, and worked as a recruiter at EnerSys, a leader in stored energy solutions.
