Cait MacKenzie has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Corporate Recruitment professional at Hudson RPO since April 2022. Prior to this role, Cait held the position of Recruitment Manager at Total Personnel Solutions for a brief period and worked in various HR and recruitment capacities at Milman Industries Inc. and Home Instead. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Sales Representative at Douro Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Ltd. and as an Account Relationship Manager at Cambrian Search Group. Cait's foundational experience in leadership began with a position as a Residence Life Don at the University of Waterloo, where Cait also obtained an Honours Arts degree in Speech Communications and Human Resource Management between 2010 and 2014.
