Paula McMahon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paula started their career in 2007 as a Telstra Careers Centre Account Director at Talent2. Paula then moved on to National Australia Bank, where they held the positions of Recruitment Operations Manager and Head of Recruitment & Integration. Paula later worked at Suncorp as an Executive Manager, focusing on Organizational Design & Strategic Recruitment. Paula also worked as a Management Consultant at HR consultancy roles and held various roles at Harrier Group, including General Manager - Managed Solutions and Head of Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition - Coles. Paula then worked at ANZ, where they were responsible for the implementation and management of the Global Career Support & Transition Function. Paula also worked as a Senior HR/TA Consultant in a freelance, self-employed capacity before joining Macquarie Group as a Resourcing Director ANZ. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Success for ANZ at Hudson RPO. Throughout their career, Paula has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership, strategy, and HR consulting.
Paula McMahon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Marketing from Monash University from 1997 to 1998. Paula also attended the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School for International Hotel Management, though the specific dates of their attendance are unknown. In addition to their educational background, Paula earned certifications in Mental Health First Aid Accreditation from Mental Health First Aid Australia in November 2019 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GE Capital in August 2002.
