Lance De Jesus

Lance De Jesus has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. Lance started their career as a Failure Analysis Engineer Intern at Littelfuse in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Mining, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering, conducting experiments and collaborating on nanoparticle projects.

In 2014, Lance joined SunPower Corporation as a Quality Systems Engineer. Lance was responsible for internal and external audits, achieving zero nonconformance in external audits and implementing standardized internal audits supported by problem-solving tools.

Lance returned to Littelfuse in 2016 as a Product Engineer. In this role, they led improvement projects, conducted root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions for production and quality issues. Lance utilized statistical analysis tools and evaluations, leading to improved yield, cost, quality, and delivery metrics.

Currently, Lance is working at Hue.Ai as a Senior Product/Design Engineer, starting in 2023.

Lance De Jesus completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Materials Engineering at the University of the Philippines from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Berea Arts and Sciences High School, where they obtained their high school diploma from 2005 to 2009. Furthermore, Lance has obtained additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Design for Six Sigma from Littelfuse in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
