Jayne Matthews

Jayne Matthews has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on mortgage operations. Currently serving as Vice President Mortgage Operations Manager at Harvard University Employees Credit Union since January 2020, Jayne previously held the position of Assistant Vice President Mortgage Operations Manager within the same organization from February 2017 to January 2020. Prior to joining Harvard University Employees Credit Union, Jayne was the Vice President Mortgage Lending Manager at Workers' Credit Union from 1998 to 2017. Earlier in Jayne's career, a role as Credit Administrator was held at US Trust, which followed a decade with the Co operative Bank of Concord. Throughout Jayne's extensive career, responsibilities have included overseeing mortgage production and sales.
