John M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. John began their career as a MA Certified Pharmacy Technician at Betro Pharmacy from August 2005 to April 2010. John then transitioned to LANConnect Systems, Inc. as a Systems Technician from April 2010 to February 2014. Following that, they worked at CMIT Solutions - Boston as a Help Desk Engineer from February 2014 to April 2015. John M. then joined Apogee IT Services as a Network Engineer from April 2015 to August 2017. John further expanded their skills by joining Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) as a Network Engineer from August 2017 to April 2022. Recently, they have taken on the role of IT Operations Manager at HUECU starting from April 2022.
