Javier Romero

Javier Romero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Javier began their career in 2006 as an Inventory and Warehouse Analyst at Baker Hughes, where they supported department activities and controlled logistical activities. Javier then worked as a Field Engineer in charge of key accounts in West Venezuela, gaining and maintaining market share and providing technical assistance to customers.

Progressing in their career, Javier took on roles as a Sales and Applications Engineer for Intelligent Production Systems and later as a Project Engineer, managing cost, development, and execution for the construction of a second barge. Javier also served as a Sales Coordinator for West Venezuela Completions Systems, where they were responsible for gaining and maintaining market share, preparing bid processes, and overseeing customer needs.

Javier later joined Huenei IT Services as a Software Project Manager. In this role, they manage projects, monitors agile principles, ensures service agreements and defined scopes are fulfilled with quality and profitability. Javier also handles contract and budget management.

Additionally, Javier worked at RasGas as a Project Manager Jr, where they studied sales records, monitored inventory levels, and identified suppliers to meet product and material demand.
