Scott Simmonette

Scott Simmonette possesses extensive management experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Chili's since August 2022. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Restaurant Manager at Huey Luey's Mexican Kitchen & Margarita Bar from July 2020 to April 2022. Scott also held various management positions at Panera Bread from October 2018 to July 2020 and at Buffalo Wild Wings for six years, where the role of General Manager was held. Earlier in Scott's career, the Managing Partner title was held at Chili's from June 1996 to March 2012. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Ambassador University between 1992 and 1996.
