Carlos Diaz

Carlos Diaz is a Project Manager at Hug Engineering since June 2022, previously serving in various roles at Faurecia from May 2017 to June 2022, including Tooling & Equipment Coordinator for North America Operations and Program Manufacturing Lead. Carlos has extensive experience in managing CAPEX budgets, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and supporting manufacturing designs. Prior roles include Deputy Project Design Leader and participation in a Rotational Leadership Development Program, which involved working in multiple engineering positions globally. Additionally, Carlos contributed as an Outreach Ambassador at IUPUI's School of Engineering and Technology and served as a Senior Campus Ambassador during studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies was earned.
