Kali Beyah

Kali Beyah serves as Global Chief Talent Officer at Huge, where she is responsible for leading the agency’s talent discipline across its 13 global offices.

Kali brings over twenty years of experience as a talent strategist, trusted business partner, people leader and problem solver. Before Huge, she served as Head of Talent for Delta Air Lines, Inc., leading end-to-end talent strategy and implementation for Delta’s global workforce of 90,000 employees. Kali joined Delta in 2010 and previously served as the airline’s Assistant General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining Delta, she was a litigation partner with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.

In the community, Kali serves on the boards of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and the International Women’s Forum-Georgia. She was named to the 2020 OnBoard Corporate Honor Roll and inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers. Kali has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer, Outstanding Atlantan and as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40. She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida A&M University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
