Yu Qi has been working in the fashion industry since 2010. In 2010, they held the role of Assistant Designer at No Verge. In 2011, they worked as an intern at haut couture “Ne Tiger” and as a womenswear designer at La Chapelle. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as an Operations Manager at LightInTheBox. Most recently, they have been working as a Social Media Manager at POPSHOWROOM since 2020.

Yu Qi received a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Dyeing and Design from the China Academy of Art between 2007 and 2011. In 2012, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Fashion Product & Production Management at Isitituto Marangoni in Milan, which they completed in 2013.
