Ayu Nirwani is client relations assistant director at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. Ayu provides leadership and support to the brokerage and operations teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of service throughout the tenant representation process.

Before joining Hughes Marino, Ayu was a business development associate at a national tax advisory firm where she assisted in the development of new business opportunities as well as maintained relationships with existing clients.

Prior to that, Ayu gained years of experience in other industries where she honed her high attention to detail, client service and organizational skills within a fast-paced work environment.
