Manish Jain

Manish Jain has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and system administration. Manish currently holds the position of Senior Principal Engineer at Hughes Systique Corporation since 2021. Prior to this role, Manish worked as a Technical Lead at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from 2019 to 2021, where they demonstrated proficiency in project management and configuration.

Before joining STL, Manish served as a Senior Manager IT-Infra at C1 India Pvt Ltd, where they handled datacenter operations, managed DC and DR sites, and configured and administered SAN and NAS devices. Their tenure at C1 India Pvt Ltd was from 2018 to 2019.

From 2012 to 2018, Manish was employed at Aricent as a Senior System Engineer, responsible for managing a large number of servers and providing support to developers and testers. Prior to Aricent, they worked as a Sr. System Administrator at Fashion and You India Private Limited from 2011 to 2012, where they provided technical support on windows and Linux servers and implemented various projects.

Earlier in their career, Manish gained experience as a System Administrator at IBM Info Services from 2009 to 2011. Manish managed multiple Windows servers and played a key role in projects involving DC migration and file server migration. Before that, they worked as a Server Engineer at Momentum Infocare Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2009, where they maintained servers and performed backup and restore operations.

In addition to their career history, Manish briefly worked as a Project Engineer at M K Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. in 2006.

Manish Jain's education history begins with their high school education at Saraswati shishu Vidya Mandir, where they studied all subjects from 1983 to 1994. Manish then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, completing their studies from 1998 to 2002.

Afterwards, Manish Jain furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electronics from Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Manish Jain has obtained various certifications. In 2011, they became a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS). In 2016, they obtained the RedHat Certified Engineer in RHEL7.0 certification as well as the Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification. Manish Jain then obtained the Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist certification, also from the CNCF.
