Bill Carter

Bill Carter has over 23 years of work experience, including roles at Huhtamaki, Buckman, and International Paper. At Huhtamaki, they have held various positions, starting in 2006 as a Production Manager, then advancing to Plant Manager in 2013, and currently serving as the Head of Operations since October 2021. Prior to Huhtamaki, Bill worked as an Account Manager at Buckman from 2002 to 2006. Bill began their career at International Paper in 1998 as a Machine Manager, where they stayed until 2002.

Bill Carter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Florida from 1986 to 1991. Bill then pursued a Master's of Management degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Florida Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015.
