Marika Jakobsson

Marika Jakobsson is an experienced professional in commercial excellence and sales management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Huhtamaki since May 2021. Prior to this role, Marika worked at Compass Group, leading sales and account management development from February 2020 to May 2021, and at Fazer Food Services Finland from August 2016 to February 2020, where Marika enhanced sales processes and fostered a proactive sales culture. Previous experience also includes leading CRM teams at Mepco Oy, overseeing sales IT integration at Microsoft, and managing various programs at Nokia over a 15-year period, focusing on sales tools, channel strategies, and process development. Marika began their career at TAI Research Centre and has a Master’s degree in Economics from Turku School of Economics, with further executive education at Aalto University.
