Kim Kemper

Kim Kemper is a Senior Vice President at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. since April 2001. Prior to that, Kim was the Owner of Kemper-Vaughan Consulting Engineers from June 1989 to April 2001. Kim holds a Bachelor's Science Degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
