Head of Customer Success at Huli

Santiago Henderson has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Santiago began their professional journey at Intel Corporation as a student from September 2012 to March 2014. Following that, they joined BAC|Credomatic as a Junior Analyst from April 2014 to February 2016, where they then became a Senior Analyst until December 2016. In this role, they focused on risk management for the delinquent portfolio, improving recovery, optimizing resources, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, they led the project of updating technology in collection contact centers in Mexico and Central America.

Santiago then transitioned to Huli, where they initially worked as an Entrepreneur from December 2016 to February 2018. Here, they were responsible for leading the development process of HuliAsistencia, a virtual assistant for health professionals, and implementing the digital marketing plan for the website www.hulihealth.com. Santiago later became the Panamá Country Manager from February 2018 to April 2019, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives in the country. Finally, Santiago took on the role of Head of Customer Success from April 2019, where they continue to excel in their endeavors.

Santiago Henderson pursued their education from 2008 to 2014 at the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they successfully completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Engineering. In March 2020, they further enhanced their skill set by obtaining a certification in Improving Communication Skills from Coursera.
