Andra Kidd

Andra Kidd has joined Hull & Associates as a member of the Executive Management Team. As the Chief Operating Officer, she will be responsible for scaling the operations of the company with growth, integration of the existing and new acquisitions into the company, and leading the operations team to meet and exceed KPIs. Andra has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in the environmental and consulting industries and has a passion for tapping into NextGen leadership and maximizing potential. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University (’96), and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University (’99).

Andra was recently the Director of Operations for ERM’s North America region, with just over 2,000 in headcount, and has previously been in corporate leadership roles for P&L and Business Development programs at ERM and HDR Engineering. She has also been on the Board of Directors of two nonprofit trade organizations. She and her husband have one daughter in college, and an Australian Shepherd named Sage.

In her spare time, Andra enjoys indoor cycling, rock climbing, listening to podcasts, and paddle boarding with Sage.
