Nav Dutta

Nav Dutta has extensive work experience in career development and corporate relations. From 2018 to present, Nav has held various roles at Hult International Business School, including Head of Career Development & Corporate Relations (US) and Head of Corporate Relations - US. Prior to that, Nav owned Navigate, where they worked as a Career & Professional Development Consultant from 2017 to 2020. Nav has also worked at Hult International Business School as a Program Manager and Director in Career Services from 2012 to 2017. Before that, Nav worked at Walmart as a Training & Development Manager and Assistant Store Manager from 2003 to 2011. Nav's career also includes owning and directing Thai Delight from 2003 to 2007.

Nav Dutta earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University in 2003. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued an MA in HRM at Middlesex University.
