Jennifer Martin-Biggers PhD, MS, RD has over 13 years of experience in the nutrition field. Jennifer began their career in 2007 as a Clinical Research Coordinator for the ACCORD Study at Case Western Reserve University. In 2008, they became a Clinical Dietitian at Morrison Management at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. Jennifer then moved to Community Medical Center in 2009 as a Clinical Dietitian. In 2010, they held multiple roles, including Research Associate, Research Associate in the Department of Nutritional Sciences, Program Associate/Supervisor for Essex County & Mercer County Cooperative Extension SNAP-Ed Program, and Per Diem Instructor at Rutgers School of Health Related Professions Department of Nutritional Sciences. Jennifer also worked as a Consultant Dietitian for the Early Head Start Program in 2010. In 2015, they were an Associate Principal Scientist, Global R&D Nutrition Sciences at PepsiCo. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of R&D, Global Nutrition and Associate Director of Nutrition Sciences and Regulatory Affairs at Munchkin. In 2020, they became the Director of Clinical Research and Consumer Testing at Arbonne and in 2021, they were appointed Vice President, Scientific Affairs and Education at HUM Nutrition.
Jennifer Martin-Biggers completed their Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University in 2006. Jennifer then obtained their Master of Science in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in 2007. Jennifer continued their education at Rutgers University, where they earned their PhD in Nutritional Sciences in 2016. Additionally, they are a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
