Karen Fyffe-Adlam

Karen Fyffe-Adlam holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from The University of the West Indies and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Caribbean University. With extensive experience in the HR field, Karen currently serves as the HR Manager at Humach since January 2023, and previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Fusion BPO Services from March 2019 to June 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Jamaica Urban Transit Company Limited and various positions in HR and administration in different organizations. Karen has demonstrated expertise in developing employment contracts and job descriptions, establishing effective HR policies, and enhancing human resource functionalities within organizations.
