Jim Molpus

Jim Molpus is a seasoned leader in content and community development within the healthcare, HR, and EHS industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Content and Communities for the Human Capital Institute since August 2023, Jim oversees dynamic content and executive teams and has previously held the position of Managing Director for Executive Communities at Simplify Compliance since July 2022. Jim spent over two decades at HealthLeaders Media, where significant roles included Leadership Program Director, Editor in Chief, and Editorial Director, focusing on executive roundtables, live broadcasts, and editorial oversight. Jim began a journalistic career at Nashville Banner Publishing Co., Inc., and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
