Rafael Cardoso

Rafael Cardoso serves as President of the Human Capital Institute, a position held since August 2023, where the organization focuses on providing leaders with critical insights, connections, and learning for organizational success. Prior to this role, Rafael was Chief Growth Officer at Simplify Compliance from August 2018 to September 2023 and held multiple senior positions at BLR from November 2013 to August 2018, including President and Executive Vice President of the Workforce Division. Earlier career experience includes roles in online media and interactive marketing at BLR and Taunton Press, as well as a documentation specialist position at Anteon. Rafael holds a degree from Salve Regina University, attended from 1999 to 2004, and is an alumnus of Shelton High School.
