Sharma Kumari

Sharma Kumari is the Founder and Principal Consultant at stepbystepz, with a distinguished track record in leadership development and management training, evidenced by recognition as a finalist for "Best Leadership Development Consultancy" and "Best Management Training Provider" by HRO in 2022. Additionally, Sharma serves as a Faculty Member at the Human Capital Institute, Expert Leader in HR Strategy & Leadership at HRD Future, and Faculty Partner with Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd. Previous experience includes leading talent management initiatives at Averis Sdn Bhd, and serving in an academic capacity as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Malaya. Sharma holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
