Iryna Kokhanchyk 🇺🇦

Iryna Kokhanchyk has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Iryna is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of U-Hertz, where they are responsible for setting the company's direction, managing resources, achieving business goals, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Iryna is also involved in recruiting, training, and supporting team members, as well as developing and implementing business and marketing plans.

In addition, Iryna is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lexemic, where they are responsible for developing the initial goals and structure of the startup and pitching to investors.

Previously, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Swipe Sounds, where they conducted stability and usability testing for voice skills and other next-generation programs. Prior to that, they worked as a QA Engineer at DataArt and Empeek, where they gained experience in testing mobile and web applications, API testing, and writing test documentation.

Earlier in their career, Iryna worked as a QA Test Engineer at MISystem, where they identified product improvement requirements and developed product development strategies. Iryna also served as a Regional Manager at Weleda AG, where they achieved business goals, managed daily operations, and recruited and trained managers.

Iryna Kokhanchyk attended Lviv National Medical University 'Danylo Halycky' from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Pharmacy. Additionally, they obtained a certification in IT Fundamentals from Lviv IT School in September 2017 and a certification from Y Combinator Startup School in September 2021.
