Jessica Ammerlaan-Schakenraad

Jessica Ammerlaan-Schakenraad has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jessica is currently working at Human Care Group as the International Sales Director since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Product Manager Lifting Solutions and Convertible Chairs at the same company from March 2018 to September 2022.

Before joining Human Care Group, Jessica worked at Direct Healthcare Group Sverige AB as the Global Product Manager for Patient Handling Products (Transfer & Hygiene) from September 2015 to March 2018. Jessica also worked at Handicare, SBU Patient Handling as the Global Product Manager for Hygiene Products from August 2010 to September 2015.

Jessica's career started as a Consultant (freelance) at System RoMedic AB from January 2008 to July 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Linido Bathroom Safety NL as a Product Manager from October 2000 to December 2007. Their earliest work experience was at Rijndam revalidatiecentrum, where they worked as an Occupational Therapist from January 1993 to September 2000.

Jessica Ammerlaan-Schakenraad completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in the duration of 1989 to 1993. Jessica also obtained Certificates in Science of Movement, Health Care, and Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between the years 1993 and 1994. Additionally, in March 2018, they received a certification in MBA Leadership from LOI.
