Petra Bijl

Petra Bijl is an experienced organizational consultant and HR advisor specializing in inclusive living and working. Since April 2001, Petra has collaborated with Talentia, focusing on talent management, coaching, and human resources advisory. Previous roles include policy advisor at Achmea, HR consultant for various organizations, and senior HR advisor at MEE Gelderse Poort, where Petra contributed to significant transitions in the care sector. Petra has also held positions in governance, including a seat on the Supervisory Board of Oxfam Novib.
