Laëtitia Dumont

Laëtitia Dumont is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ergonomics, human factors, and UX design. Currently serving as the Representative of the Business and Social Council at Human Design Group since October 2018, Laëtitia also holds the position of Airbus Cockpit Research Manager, overseeing a team focused on human factors research for Airbus. Previous roles include UX Expert at Luxoft, Advanced Consultant Ergonomics Engineer at Altran working with Valeo, and Engineer at IFSTTAR, where Laëtitia contributed to standardizing cognitive load assessments in the automotive industry. Educational credentials include an engineering degree in mechanics and ergonomics from UTBM, a Master's degree from Polytechnique Montréal, and a DUT from the Institut Universitaire De Technologie 1 De Grenoble.
