Mark Rubinstein

Mark Rubinstein has a diverse professional background in care management, public administration, and marketing. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. since November 2015, Mark previously worked as a Public Administration Associate at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and as an Apprentice Broker at Crosstown Apartments NYC, where responsibilities included assisting with property showings and client liaising. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Intern role at The Research Firm, Inc. and a Sales Associate position at Citizens Campaign for the Environment, where communication and education on environmental issues were key components. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Manhattanville University and has academic credentials from Miami University and Mamaroneck High School.
