Jim Bramson

Jim Bramson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as EVP, Business Affairs & General Counsel for the Professional Fighters League since May 2018. Additionally, Bramson holds strategic advisory roles at CulturIntel and Hushmesh Inc. since late 2017 and has been the Principal at Bramson Legal since February 2017, providing outside general counsel services to technology, media companies, and private equity groups. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel and Head of Corporate Development at LivingSocial from 2010 to 2017, General Counsel & Secretary at Revolution Health Group from 2006 to 2008, and Deputy General Counsel at AOL LLC from 1997 to 2006. Jim Bramson began legal career as an Associate at Shea & Gardner from 1994 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. in Engineering Science/Physics from Dartmouth College.
