Ilona Posner

ILONA POSNER serves as an Independent Consultant in User Experience Research since 1998 and provides coaching for junior UX Researchers. With extensive experience as a User Experience & Usability Consultant, ILONA has worked across various industries including telecom, health, finance, transportation, and entertainment. At the University of Toronto, ILONA lectures on Design Thinking and User-Centered Design to undergraduate and graduate students. As a User Experience Educator & Strategist for Human Factors International, ILONA also holds positions as a professor and consultant at several organizations, enhancing UX research and design strategies. ILONA's notable past roles include overseeing UX research at Rogers Communications and contributing to award-winning projects at Autodesk. With degrees in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, ILONA combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the field.
