Kelly Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelly started their career as an Academic Tutor and later worked as a Casual Academic at the University of Sydney from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined King's College London as a Programme Administrator, managing the administration of a distance learning Masters programme. Kelly then worked as a Consultant at Technopolis Group from 2019 to 2020, conducting evaluations of health programs and legislation for UK and European clients. In 2020, they joined CEPI as a Portfolio Officer, where they led strategic discussions and analyses for the global allocation of COVID-19 vaccines. Kelly also had a secondment role as the COVAX Analytics Manager at CEPI from May to September 2021. Currently, they are a Research & Partnerships Lead at Human, leading a research team and shaping the research strategy for personalized healthcare through the Human Health mobile app.
Kelly Simpson completed their Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at the University of Sydney from 2011 to 2014. Kelly then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Epidemiology at the same university from 2015 to 2019.
