Brendan Grech

Brendan Grech, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with diverse experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Human Resource Dimensions since October 2019, Brendan also contributes as an Expert Consultant and Advisor for SEBOC, where mentorship and coaching are provided to the I/O Psychology community. Previous positions include Human Resources Generalist at Scheugenpflug Global, Human Resources Manager at Pinnacle Shutters, and Human Resources Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Brendan holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, as well as Bachelor's and Associate's degrees from Farmingdale State College in Science, Technology and Society and Liberal Arts and Sciences, respectively.
