Ryan Ginter

Ryan Ginter is a Senior Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization, where research and analysis support the Talent Assessment and Analytics Program. With experience as a Research Fellow at the U.S. Army Research Institute, Ryan contributed to the Personnel Assessment Research Unit. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Mason University, Ryan instructed students on psychological research methods and original research design. Prior roles include working as a Life Skills and Youth Development Worker at Abraxas Youth & Family Services and a Direct Support Professional at Richland Newhope, focusing on youth with behavioral and developmental challenges. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
