Lilly Fulmer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lilly began their career as a Student Caller at The George Washington University, where they connected with alumni, parents, and friends of the university to raise funds for various programs and scholarships. Lilly then interned at BRAWS Bringing Resources to Aid Women's Shelters, where they facilitated donations and collections of menstrual hygiene products and supported volunteers at fundraising events.
Following that, Lilly worked at The George Washington University as a Supervisor, where they trained and managed student staff on fundraising calls. Lilly also served as a Facilities Services Assistant, providing keys and tap cards to students and assisting with general residence hall maintenance. Later, they became a Facilities Services Leader (Supervisor), managing student staff, databases, work requests, and logistics for campus keys and tap access cards.
Lilly then joined the Human Rights Campaign, starting as a Pride Administrative Temp, handling logistics for the organization's participation in Pride events and securing memberships and revenue. Lilly also worked as a Database Implementation Temp, providing support with database operations. Later, they became a Consumer Marketing Assistant, assisting with product development, modeling, marketing, and customer service for HRC merchandise. Lilly then progressed to Membership Coordinator, serving as the go-to operations lead and providing logistical support and creative input to drive membership and revenue. Currently, they hold the position of Membership Manager and is responsible for membership outreach.
In addition to their university and nonprofit experiences, Lilly worked at Boulangerie Christophe and Un Je Ne Sais Quoi as a Front of House employee, responsible for customer service and operations.
