Elle Ota

Elle Ota is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management, advocacy, and research within the non-profit and academic sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Renegade Relief Foundation, Elle advises on humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. In the role of Program Officer at the Human Rights Foundation, responsibilities include evaluating program success and coordinating partnerships, along with overseeing events like the Oslo Freedom Forum. Previous roles encompass fundraising, donor relations, and qualitative research consulting, including a significant study on workplace culture at Integrant, Inc. Elle holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology (Archaeology) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors, with a double major in Archaeology and Classics, both from Stanford University.
