Kc Reaney

KC Reaney has a strong background in engineering and management roles. They began their career at Oregon State University as a student programmer, where they gained experience in web application development and project requirements gathering. They then moved on to Mentor Graphics, where they worked as a web administrator and web application developer, specializing in ColdFusion and PHP development. At AppNexus, they served as a software engineer, engineering team lead, and engineering manager, responsible for the Sell-Side Platform Publisher demand management products. They also developed a next-generation publisher product, streamlining the onboarding process for customers. KC Reaney later joined Xandr as an engineering manager, overseeing the publisher demand management functionality and the sell-side programmatic deals. They focused on expanding platform spend, refining programmatic deal capabilities, and improving actionable metrics. Currently, KC Reaney holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering at HUMAN, where they are responsible for the Mediaguard technology.

KC Reaney obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they received certifications in Developing Executive Presence and Executive Leadership from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
