Richard Hayes

Richard Hayes is an experienced engineering manager and devops professional with a solid background in cloud operations and infrastructure management. Currently leading a project at HUMAN to enhance observability tools for improved productivity and cost reduction, Richard previously served as Infrastructure Team Lead at Futrli, spearheading a transition to Kubernetes and Terraform, which significantly decreased deployment times. Richard has held various roles such as Lead Data Engineer at Airfinity Ltd and Senior Developer at StoryStream, where expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation was developed. Richard's career commenced as a web developer at several organizations, building a strong foundation in software development and cloud-based solutions. Richard holds a BSc in Computer Security from the University of Staffordshire.
