Letticia Brown-Gambino, MS, LPC, NCC, currently serves as the Executive Director of Key Campus at Keys to Change since March 2023, following a role as Associate Executive Director. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Program Officer at UMOM New Day Centers, where oversight of shelter, housing, veterans services, and supportive services for families and single women impacted 15,000 individuals annually with a budget of approximately $17 million. Previous positions include Director of Community Services at Catholic Charities - Archdiocese of Hartford and Fairfield County Region Director of Housing at Catholic Charities of Fairfield County, Inc., demonstrating strong leadership in community outreach and housing program development. Letticia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College.
