Kristen Whitehead

Kristin Whitehead, SHRM - SCP, serves as the Director of the Professional Services Division at HTI, managing a team of over 10 associates while overseeing financials, P&L, and annual budgets, with a focus on divisional growth through new business generation. Kristin previously held roles as Senior Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included managing HR strategies, talent acquisition, and employer-employee relations for approximately 150 internal associates and 3,000 temporary employees. Additional experience includes managing recruiting and staffing activities and serving as Nurse Recruiter at Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group, where healthcare professional recruitment was a key focus. Kristin began their career as Personnel Supervisor at Nan Ya Plastics Corp., America. Kristin holds a BS in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
