Debbie Kaplan

Debbie Kaplan is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Humana since January 2014, Debbie Kaplan leads HR for Humana's CenterWell Home Health business. Previously, as Director of Strategy Advancement, contribution was made to defining and advancing business strategy while building a scalable organization. Prior roles include Associate Director of Organizational Effectiveness and HR Business Partner following Humana's integration with nliven systems, where Debbie Kaplan served as Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes directing HR at NSI Communication Systems and Uniden SRC, as well as serving as HR Manager at Titan Corporation. Debbie Kaplan holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Business Economics from UC San Diego.
