Mike Butler

Mike Butler has over 14 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Mike started their career at Mercer as a Compensation Survey Analyst Intern in 2006. In 2007, they joined Humana as an Underwriting Analyst/Specialist in the Large Employer Group. Mike then progressed to become an Actuarial Business Analyst in the same department. Later, they transitioned to the Group Medicare team, where they served as a Senior Financial Underwriter and eventually became the Financial Underwriting Lead. Mike's tenure at Humana spanned from 2007 to the present.

Mike Butler obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Southeast in 2007. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, which they completed in 2014.
