Dara Feder

Dara Feder is the Head of Development & Growth at Humane. Dara has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human capital management.

Previously, Dara was with Apollo Global Management Inc. as Human Capital - Talent Acquisition from January 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for full life cycle recruitment for front office financial markets positions.

Before that, Dara worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Global Markets, Global Talent Acquisition Manager from February 2016 to January 2020. In this role, they supported Front Office Financial Markets full life cycle recruitment in Equities, Fixed Income Sales & Trading, Data Innovation, and Quants.

Dara also spent time at Standard Chartered Bank as Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager from May 2009 to February 2016. Dara was responsible for Front Office recruitment for Sales & Trading in New York, London, and Singapore. Additionally, they supported the front to back recruitment build-out of the Financial Markets business (including Risk, Compliance, Technology, HR. Operations).

prior to that, Dara was with Deutsche Bank as Global Markets, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2007 to January 2009 and Credit Suisse as Corporate Recruiter from January 2003 to December 2006.

Dara Feder studied psychology at the University of Rhode Island before becoming a high school guidance counselor at Clarkstown High School South.

Dara Feder reports to Bethany Bongiorno, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Mollie Wong - Head of People Operations, Sam Sheffer - Head of New Media, and José Cong - Head of Talent Engagement.
