Tom Jasper

Tom Jasper serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Choice Bank since May 2023, overseeing operations in North Dakota and Minnesota, along with a Banking as a Service platform operating nationally. Tom also contributes as a Board Member at Humanetics Corporation since September 2022. Previously, Tom held various executive roles at TCF Financial Corporation from 2001 to 2019, including Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, managing diverse functions such as accounting and operations. Earlier in Tom's career, experience at KPMG as a Senior Manager in Assurance focused on financial services. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University and attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
