André Rivest

André Rivest is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Supervising Attorney at Clinique juridique de l'Université de Montréal since July 2023, and as Secretary of the Board of Directors at Humania Assurance Inc. since July 2022. Rivest previously held the position of Partner at Gowling WLG Canada from January 1997 to January 2023, and worked as an Associate at Lafleur Brown from April 1988 to January 1997. Rivest holds an LL.L. in Law from the University of Ottawa, completed between 1983 and 1986.
