Richard Thompson Jr

Richard Thompson Jr is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Humanim since February 2016, Richard has extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure. Previously, Richard worked at Amazon as an IT Support Technician, where responsibilities included maintaining and configuring various IT equipment within the Fulfillment Center. Richard also held positions at Zipcar, including Fleet Associate and Marketing Brand Ambassador, where skills in troubleshooting, logistical support, and community engagement were applied. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Coppin State University.
