Dilek Altin

Dilek Altin currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Humanitec since September 2022. Previously, Dilek held the position of VP Product at micropsi industries from January 2018 to 2022, contributing to the development of self-learning industrial robots. Other notable roles include consulting in digital transformation, Director of Business Development for Grameen Intel Social Business Ltd., and Director Business Development at Intel Corporation, where Dilek advised on digital transformation initiatives. Dilek also served as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company and was involved in program management at Siemens K.K. Dilek holds dual MBA degrees from ESMT Berlin and Peking University.
